The VIFAN BOPP film division was formed in 1991 with the construction and start-up of the first biaxially oriented polypropylene film plant in Lonraie, Quebec. The growth of the Film Division with the increased production capacity in Lanoraie (Canada), and Morristown (USA) has allowed VIFAN to follow the positive evolution of the polypropylene market.

The addition of a new line in Morristown during 2009 has allowed Vifan to complete its worldwide product range and quickly supply the market with new specialty films.

Today, VIFAN is one of the major BOPP film manufacturers in the world with a combined worldwide production capacity of 180 million pounds/Year of clear, white opaque, metallized and cavitated BOPP films.
